Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
We strongly recommend that all merchandise be inspected at time of
delivery. If there is visible damage, please refuse the shipment and
contact our customer service as soon as possible. Further, we also
strongly recommend that all customers fully inspect merchandise within
24 hours of delivery. If there are any problems with your order, please
contact us via
e-mail
as soon as possible. Items returned without prior notification to us
will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (including shipping).
The fee will be deducted from your credit.
The original purchaser has a period of 15 days from date of delivery to
return any purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling,
provided the merchandise is in new, unworn condition and returned in the
original, undamaged packaging. No worn merchandise will be accepted.
Not all items are returnable. Items that are non-returnable are
noted in the item description. All Xelement products are not returnable,
including jackets, vests, pants, and chaps.. Unless the merchandise is shipped in error, customer is responsible for
outgoing freight as well as return freight. The cost of the shipping
will be deducted from the credit, which the customer is entitled to upon
receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Acceptance of
merchandise is final only after inspection.
Any item returned after the 15 day initial return period
will be subject to a 15% (including shipping) restocking fee. The fee
will be deducted from your credit.
